SHIPPING:

• Orders will be processed and dispatched within a weeks working time of being placed. [Due to the recent circumstances of COVID-19, please allow up to 10 working days before receiving your orders].

• All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail delivery service through standard 2nd class, [typically 1-3 working days], alternatively first class delivery service [typically 1 working day].

• We will be taking and sending out international orders but as of COVID-19 please allow up to 1 week before recieving orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY: 

• BYNVHIM is unable to accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any orders.

• Royal Mail is a reputable delivery service, however we are not liable for any misplaced or lost packages.
